LEAD Allegheny is locally designed, governed, and managed by three primary bodies: the Policy Coordinating Group, Operations Work Group, and Community Leadership Team (CLT). Collectively, these teams chart the course, review participant progress and challenges, and identify opportunities for systemic improvement. Our project manager coordinates all aspects of the initiative and manages its day-to-day activities.

As a collective impact initiative, the success of LEAD Allegheny depends on the strength of our diverse partnership. It’s thanks to our shared commitment to changing systems and changing lives that the LEAD initiative is forging a safer, healthier, and more equitable future for our community.
